BPM Consulting is a Colombian company with 20 years of experience, specialized in BPO services for both the public and private sectors. We deliver high-quality services by optimizing operational management through advanced technology. Since 2024, we have expanded internationally, exporting BPO services to the United States and other regions, strengthening our presence in the nearshore market.

2005

Legal establishment of BPM Consulting

2008

Partnership with the Ministry of Information Technology – 4 positions.

Six months later, a presidential strategy allowed us to grow to 150 positions.

2010

We certified our processes under the ISO 9001 quality standard.

2011

We began active participation in public and private bidding processes, securing major BPO contracts such as SIC, MEN, and DISAN.

2013

BPM Consulting was approved in the first Framework Agreement for BPO pricing in Colombia: UARIV, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Supertransportes.

2014

We strengthened strategic alliances through joint ventures, securing contracts in new segments and expanding into ITO services: MHCP.

2016

We operated our first BPO project outside Bogotá with EMCALI.

We strengthened our experience in TELCO sales and utilities.

2017

Opening of our own building, specialized for BPO operations with capacity for 400 workstations.

Innovation seal granted by the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce and Colciencias.
We consolidated contracts with Claro.

2018

We launched the innovation venture FEEL – DIAN technology provider for the electronic invoicing system, along with the ELP Payment Gateway.

2021

BPM Consulting was approved in the third Framework Agreement for BPO pricing in Colombia.

We secured 47% of the BPO services required by national and regional government entities across the country.

2023

Recognition from the Bogotá Mayor’s Office for inclusion and diversity programs.
